For retails and wholesales:
1. Orders made are not allowed to cancel after payment.
2. All items are not refundable
3. Buyers bear all the postage fees.
4. We're currently doing a pre-order spree. Since this is a pre-order, so buyers must be willing to wait for 3 weeks to receive the parcel. (This is for serious buyer only. Please do not place an order if you cannot wait as shipment might delay from promised time)
5. All items are brand new.
6. No refund, No exchange. No cancellation or change order after transactions are made.
7. For ready stock items, sales are made on first come first serve basis.
8. Color/picture may differ slightly due to monitor's resolution. Item only reserve upon receive payment.
